			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A Germany solar and hydrogen energy research ZSW has announced that its copper indium gallium selenium (CIGS) solar batteries photovoltaic conversion efficiency reached 20.3%, the record is supported by the German Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (Franhofer ISE) confirmation. The creation record of the CIGS solar battery area is 0.5 square centimeters, the thickness is only 4 microns. ZSW said that this new record will reduce the gap between CIGS solar cells and silicon efficiency to only 0.1%.</p>
<p>The agency has been created 20.1% efficiency record in April this year,<a href="http://www.batterysupport.com/screen-number-ht14x11-screen-p-142415.html">HT14X11</a>  breaking the NREL (National Renewable Energy Laboratory) to keep records for 16 years, but also marks the first time CIGS cell efficiency of 20%. &#8220;Our researchers in the laboratory are using a total evaporation (co-evaporation) technology to produce CIGS batteries, in principle, this method can be enlarged for commercial production.&#8221;</p>
<p>ZSW photovoltaic sector, Dr. Michael Powalla said that high-efficiency CIGS thin film batteries for commercial production needs some time. According to ZSW ,it is expected in the next few years the efficiency of common CIGS battery will increase from the current 11% to 15%.  While the market share of CIGS thin film solar batteries will be doubled by 2012, reaching 30%. ZSW and Würth Solar is being co-developed CIGS cell technology.</p>

According to Progress in Photovoltaics collected on various types of PV cell conversion efficiency, and perhaps now this battery has the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency. The conversion efficiency has been the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL, Golden, Colo.) Recognition.</p>
<p>The team made a lens system, <a href="http://www.batterysupport.com/screen-number-lp141wx3-screen-p-143024.html">LP141WX3</a>the dichroic mirror and two pairs of panels into the solar modules. The Group is consist of the Institute of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Dr. Allen Barnett, and his three students Xiaoting Wang, Nick Waite and Paola Murcia composition. In addition, the University of Delaware, United States National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Arizona State University researchers are also involved in some of them work. The conceptual design of the battery module by the Defense Advanced Research Planning Agency (DARPA) of the super-efficient solar batteries and modules plan.</p>
<p>According to Dr. Barnett, University of Delaware, the battery module is the only index of Progress in Photovoltaics recognition of the American University. The index of this component will be the University of Delaware as the best condenser batteries and solar panels. University of Delaware students personally designed, manufactureed and assembed the panels, and collaborative involvement with the NREL test debug and modify the draft agreement. Government, universities and industrial enterprises participate in the optical design, solar battery and module assembly work.</p>

<p>With the Arnstadt plant is completed, Bosch aims to triple to about 630MWp, thus greatly promoting its growth strategy. Expansion of its facilities will be completed in 2011, when the R &amp; D center and the main body of the new administrative building will be completed.</p>
<p>The building opening ceremony will be held in summer 2011. By 2012, Bosch will invest about 530 billion dollars and create 1,100 jobs.</p>
